Fiji-Tahiti?

Think of doing the sept 2025 cruise on Star ( or Sun or Sky...I dont remember which...I know it starts with a S) from Fiji-Tahiti.  I dont think I will use NCL Air at this point, because the price , so far is the same as if I purchased it on my own, with non-stop flights from LAX.   This sounds like a nice cruise, but I need help in pulling the trigger.  Anyone done this cruise?  What to expect weather wise?  I am thinking of Oceanview with large window....OR do I splurge and get a balcony?

It has mostly been Spirit but they've mixed in the others.

 

I'd seriously look at Paul Gauguin.  They used to include air or credit, that may have changed.

 

Smaller ship, only high 300 folks.  Two private islands.  Many things included in fare.
