Thinking of doing the Chef's Table on the Elation next month. Are there any sample menus anywhere I could look at?

I have never done it because I don't care for seafood or lamb and the chefs seem to always use those on the menu.  Too pricey to not eat it.  I do the steakhouse several times instead.  Good luck and if you get a different menu, please post.

Menu from Celebration last September. There were a few things on the menu that I normally wouldn't eat but I was determined to try everything. There was only one thing I didn't like, the mushroom appetizer.
