I am booked for a May 2024 upcoming cruise that is now listed under the Latitudes Rewards Insider Offers.  Would I received the additional extra point per night even if my booked cruise isn’t a new booking? Thanks.

No, since your reservation would reflect the offers that were valid at the time you booked.

It had happened to us before.  After booking, NCL came up with an offer of double points, but went up in price a bit.

 

For you, if the price went up, you'd have to evaluate whether the double points is important to you that you'd like to rebook at the slightly higher price. 

 

If the price is the same or lower, then it's a no brainer to rebook.

OP is well within final payment, so they wouldn't be able to rebook anyway
