Well I received an email from Bert this morning and he said he looked forward to meeting me on board a SS ship.

But I guess all esteemed guests got the same email.

I didn’t get the “esteemed guest” salutation, but Bert did say as per below that he was looking forward to meeting me onboard in due course. DW is very upset she wasn’t included and would like to make it very clear to Bert that I will not be sailing without her.
 

I am looking forward to meeting you onboard in due course.

Well I sent him an email regarding the horrible reviews posted on the Silversea Spirit and he has still not responded. I hope he intends to take care of the issues that guests have seriously complained about.

I sent him a complimentary letter in May 2024 re the Nova and Dawn.  He didn't respond to that either.  Sounds like he needs a new administrative assistant to take care of his correspondence from customers, as the other cruise lines do.

 Maybe cruisers need to know that they are not friends, not esteemed guests -we are just a source of the Company making money. Why would the CEO reply to an individual guest . Frought with liability! 

 

 maybe he needs "Repy A" : Thank you for your most helpful comments which will be considered."
