making payment online for explora journey

Has anyone had difficulty not being able to pay online for your reservation on Explorer journeys? Trying to put deposit down for a carribean cruise on explorer 1, its on hold, but computer won't let me. i'm on a mac using safari. could that be the issue?  any help is greatly appreciated.
