if ncl know about the cancellations back in December, why did they wait until like now nearly 4ish months later to send out notifications about the port cancellations . thats strange

Maybe they were worried about cancellations which would have pushed the price down. I would have changed to a different week if I had known in January/February before I bought plans tickets and scheduled the time off with work.
