Fort Lauderdale airport to Miami airport

Our flight home isn't until 6pm from MIA. Royal Caribbean has a excursion from Miami cruise port to the Everglades, but they take you to Fort Lauderdale airport. Our flight home is in Miami. Any ideas or suggestions on getting back to MIA?
