Pireus disembarkation and tour prior to flight to Santorini

We will be disembarking in Athens/Pireus on Sunday October 20. I have a few questions.

Are attractions/sites opened on Sundays? Do any close on Sundays?

Looking into doing a tour in Athens prior to a flight to Santorini. Nothing extensive but to see some sites and areas. I looked into George's taxi and Welcome pickups. Does anyone have any opinions regarding either?

I was able to email Georges taxi for information but I cannot get an email to contact Welcome pickups without booking.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions for a short tour (2-4 hrs)?
