LynnSD Posted May 26 #1 Share Posted May 26 I paid for 3 cabins for our upcoming Alaska cruise on Sapphire. When my son enters his booking number in the Princess app, he gets error messages. Latest said that the number is already in use. I emailed my TA, and I’m sure it will eventually work out, but thought I’d ask for any advice here in the meantime? Thanks! Is he a minor? Don’t create a new account if he already had one, this will create problems. Does he have an account on the PCL website? If so, for now, he can log in there to check his record.
