We did a private tour to Ostia Antica. Huh? Ostia Antica is an ancient city and former port of Rome - when it was on the water.

It isn't as famous as Pompeii or Herculaneum, and certainly is no where near as crowded. It is a huge site with still much to be discovered.

We stayed a week in Ravello for dd's best friend's wedding. Absolutely loved it! Food was fantastic. Loved that there were cats everywhere. Your pictures bring back great memories!

It is a beautiful area. I wish we had more time to explore there, but such is the constraint of cruising.

Le Bonta del Capo restaurant was in another pretty area and had an associated B&B next to the lemon trees.
