New England Cruise best side of ship?

Hi We are thinking of doing a New England Cruise from Quebec City to Boston with a balcony in October is there a best side of ship?

 

I am thinking of views and less winds.

IN theory the starboard side will have more land views heading south along the coast.  But winds generally come from the west so it might be more breezy.

In theory but typically ships will sail far enough off the coast that it won't matter.

Sure, especially overnight. But for a few hours arriving and departing a port that side will have more scenery

If your cruise is southbound you will have afternoon sun and sunsets from your balcony on starboard and the opposite,(port), if you are traveling north.
