kewpie Posted May 29 #1 Share Posted May 29 We don't cruise until next May but I just noticed I have OBC to use before the cruise in the cruise planner. Where did this come from and is it different from the OBC I got from the travel agency? I have never seen this before.

neverbeenhere Posted May 29 #3 Share Posted May 29 I’ve noticed travel agent OBC showing up earlier than before. of course, shareholder OBC shows up quickly.
leaveitallbehind Posted May 29 #4 Share Posted May 29 (edited) Frequently bookings available through a travel agent will include some amount of OBC that is not added by them. Not unusual. However if it did not come directly from them but from the cruise line it will be non-fundable which means if you don't use it, it will be lost.
