Quick video for perspective. This is incredible. I thought Harbor House in Galveston was the best possible location for a pre cruise hotel on earth, but we have a clear new number one

Lobby is all quiet. Cleaning going on, lights dimmed.

Headed back up… you always know you’re in Europe when the ground floor is floor zero

I don't know. In most of Europe what we call the first floor is known as the ground floor, but I think it an outlier to call any floor "zero floor." Sounds more like a warning...

Literally right across the street. Couldn’t be easier if we were staying at the pier itself.

Didn’t stop moving at any point. Except to stop for a water.

Onto check in. Took sub three minutes. Asked if we had Covid or were pregnant, gave us our keys.

Just kept moving - outside and up the ramp, just like in a small port of call. Couldn’t be easier.
