we are D+ they just recently change 5 drinks per day 10 for both of us and at any time 

Wife and I usually cruise Celebrity and are Elite Plus, so = D+ on RCCL, and are considering a repositioning cruise. Do the 5 drinks you mention get loaded on your seapass card? Is that how they do it? I also remember drinks used to be available in the Diamond lounge, do they still do that for cocktail hour? Do those count in the 5 per day? Thanks

All drinks are counted and can be ordered anywhere, anytime. Diamond lounge renamed crown lounge, diamond lounge name is gone. Doesnt matter where you order the drinks they count, well except if you make coffee yourself in the specialty coffee machine. But any drink a bar tender makes counts toward your 5. Yes its loaded on your account/card.

Another exception, they don't count in the suite lounge during happy hour if you're sailing in a full suite.
