Six days later I got another response: Dear XXXXX, Thank you for contacting the MSC Cruises Voyagers Club. I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have reviewed our systems and opened a ticket based on the information provided. We ask that you allow us 5-7 business days to have these technical matters resolved. To better assist you with general questions or concerns contact us at the number below. Please note emails are handled in the order they are received. If you send multiple requests, it may take longer to receive a response.
