Not defending Princess because they sometimes are at fault.  Also found the my internet provider (Frontier) was just as guilty.  Sometimes my browser too. A combination of factors may cause the poor connection.  Princess is not always transparent (no post that says technical difficulties).  Mostly happens on the weekend when you want to do something and no TAs are available.

Just use a different browser.  I can never get it to work when I use Chrome but no issues on firefox.  Haven't tried Bing or Safari.

@sophieora, I see that you're fairly new to the board.  First let me say "Welcome to Cruise Critic!"

 

You've received a couple of good tips above...I don't really have anything to add to them.  However, as a future posting tip, try to give your posts a more meaningful title (other than your screen name) so that others can see what your posting is about.  In that way, only the people who have a real interest in that topic will jump into the thread.
