Partial cruise Voom purchase

Taking a TA in the fall and am curious if it is possible to purchase voom once the ocean portion of the cruise begins.  if yes, is the daily price significantly higher than the non-discounted pre-departure price.

The on board price is usually around $27/day so the comparison depends on how much of a discount you can get pre-cruise.

Could be even more. On Symphony it was $32 per day.

Without knowing the ship or itinerary generally speaking on longer sailings it will be less to pre-purchase Voom for the entire cruise.

 

If you are Crown & Anchor D or D+ the math changes slightly but unless the sea days are occuring in the back half of the itinerary even with the D/D+ CAS discount it's generally less to pre-purchase Voom for the entire cruise.

Yep. A single 24-hours on Wonder is currently $32.99. It's $29.99/day if you purchase a rest of voyage package onboard.
