Brightline train or Uber??

Recommended Posts

We will be getting off a Princess cruise in Fort Lauderdale and need to get to Miami Cruise port the SAME day for a Holland America cruise. Is it easier and more economical to take the Brightline train to Miami or take an Uber/Lyft? Thanks for any advice and insight as we have never done this before. We are seasoned Princess cruisers but have never cruised Holland America before.

I've not done this, but it seems to me the Uber/Lyft would be the way to go. The train is station to station so you would still need transport to and from each station. The car will be directly ship to ship.

we've traveled between MIA and Port Everglades, and between FLL and POM several times, and IMHO, Lyft/Uber is the way to go.

It would be best to Uber imo. The brightline station is about 3 miles from Port Everglades and 2 miles Port of Miami. The BL is great though!
