Cabin noise

Hi, we have been allocated a prime ocean view cabin, deck 3, which appears to be behind the martini bar. Anyone stayed in these cabins and are they noisy? Thanks

Yes it will be noisy.

Deck 3 is also a thoroughfare for the theatre, I lounge and guest relations.

Plus it is below Deck 4 with lots of stuff.

On the Ascent the iLounge is on deck 4, guest relations is directly off the mid ship elevators on deck 3 you don’t pass any cabin to get there.  GR is not accessible from the forward elevators or stairs and I don’t recall an entrance to theater from Deck 3.  You may be thinking of a different ship.

And the kids club is at the front.

Is this an assessment based on personal experience or speculation?

Personal experience after numerous cruises is never to get a cabin above or below an activity deck.

You are correct, I hit the wrong key regarding the location of the I lounge.  We have been on the Ascent a few times so am familiar with the layout.  We actually spend a lot of time on Deck 3 at Martini Bar, Guest Relations and Normandie.  We don't pass directly by any cabins to get to those places.

On E class, you actually experienced the noise.  OK.

Wow. I gave my personal experience, on numerous cruises on numerous cruise lines. Why is that difficult for you??

Need to be right??

We are in 3153, looking at deck 4 it doesn’t look like anything above, and it looks like a wall between cabins and martini bar, good job we stay up late 😊

A similar question - but for Constellation.  Can anyone here comment on cabins 3108, 3096 or 3123?   We have friends in cabins 2130 and 2138 also - the spreadsheet seems to say the pilot boat is somewhat close to these cabins and so could be noisy early in the morning.

No, but I wouldn't opine on OP's specific request unless I had an experience with same that would allow me to blanket proclaim, "It will be noisy."

I believe, if you read it, I said, "personal experience after numerous cruises".

Have a good day.

Exactly and does not matter the ship or line.

Just got off the Beyond. Prime oceanview 3163. Great location close to Martini Bar. 4 restaurants  on 4 you have shops and Casino

Quiet ar night they have door they close around 10 pm. Cabin seemed a little bigger than balcony.  Lots of light that came in cabin.
Booked 2 more Beyond cruises in 3175. Wife likes the bed by window. More room to get into closet and safe.
