Diamond dining perk

When using your Diamond dining perk, do you get to choose from the complete menu? Or just the Dining Experience menu?

I know at Butcher's Cut it is the dining experience and we are not that impressed with the cuts of meat included.  If you are staying in the YC they offer a better cut each day.

The Diamond perk includes one appetizer, one main, and one dessert per person from the "Dining Experience" section of the menu. You can "upgrade" your choice with any other item on the menu for 50% off the listed price. I usually do this at Butcher's Cut since I love their 20-ounce Ribeye.

You can use the AYCE option at Hola Tacos and choose from the full menu, but since the price is already extremely cheap it would be a wasted use of the perk.

At Butcher’s Cut, which we have always really enjoyed on various ships, if you prefer not to have a dessert you can choose two appetizers.

Yeah... I would never use my diamond credit for tacos.

As a vegetarian we use Hola as our Diamond perk often.  We just binge 😄

We were on Magnifica back in April, the Oriental restaurant (the only specialty) was from the Experience menu.
