They should be in touch about a week out from sailing - assuming you have a Star class suite booked.

Might be stating the obvious, but There are a lot of other social media outlets out in the world wide web.

Genies reach out much earlier than 1 week prior to sailing.  Generally, a Genie will initiate comms around 30 days prior to sailing with more frequent comms a little closer in.  
 

There used to be an active thread with Genie information but with the significant increase in the number of Genies/ships I suspect it became a nightmare to keep current, reminiscent of similar threads for Suites Concierges.

Bing left Jewel mid-cruise in May and joined the Harmony as a Genie, a promotion after serving as the Suites Concierge aboard Jewel. She is fantastic.
