Don’t Forget: Up To 20% Off Shore Excursions & Onboard Packages

Over the past few days I have received a number of emails from Azamara bearing the subject line above.

This refers to a short cruise next month

When I go to 'Manage my Booking' I cannot see any discounts for any shore excursions, although this may be because we have already booked several.

I'd appreciate guidance, because if any of our booked excursions are discounted, I'd hate to miss the opportunity to make savings.

One of the excursions that we have booked showed as having a 15% discount. The rest were undiscounted, I decided that it was not worth the bother. I assumed that we would lose the 10% in OBC for booking onboard in March.

Is there anyway to look up the tours I booked/.  I'm not sure if the bookings went through and if I duplicated my bookings on the second leg of my back to back with repeat ports

Yes.  Everything booked should show up under "Excursions" on the booking.

You can then see more detail if you click the pencil & paper icon at the top right of the excursions section.  Within that detail, you can swap between "Booked" and "Available" at the top.

Finally, if you change the word "shorex" in the URL to "invoice", and then go to "per booking" on that new page, you can see the payment schedule and payments applied.

That doesn't work for me - it just takes me take to the summary page.

Any typo that would take you to a non-existent page will instead direct to the summary page.  Could that be what's wrong, as it still works for me?

Thank you so much for this information!  This is an awesome tip - perfect illustration of the amazing knowledge on Cruise Critic!  Worked great.

Just be careful, would be my advice.  I am in Australia.  I didn't know anything about a discount, but as someone on here indicated, when I booked an excursion from my OBC from the pay in full get 10% promo, my OBC suddenly plummeted by 50%, being a sum worth about ten times the cost of the excursion.  This required more phone calls and wrangling to get rectified.  Not worth it.  I am not going to touch my booking in any way again until I get on board.
