SUN P - 1st formal night mdr menu

I know it can/will change between now and mid-October, and from now (Med) to then (Carib),

but a 'formal night' mdr menu would be appreciated.  As it looks, that may be our only dinner in

the mdr on this little 5 day cruise.

I'd venture to say it's the same old prime rib as a main item.

Anyone know for sure?

Prime Rib has been on the last night, for a while now.  Maybe the same on the Sun.

I wish they had the souffle on the menus!

too late to edit - found a previous thread that had a menu and experience - not SUN P, but close enough unless it has majorly changed
