Is anyone else having issues logging into the NCL website?

 

says my username and password are incorrect and doesn’t allow me to reset them either?

Same issues here too. App is also not working for me. Says no reservation.

Nice to get confirmation of an issue from the forum. Boarding tomorrow so it would be swell if this gets resolved soon.

I was banging my head against the wall with all of my possible password combinations failing. When I hit the "forgot username or password" button and it said my name/email address combo was wrong, I figured something was up.

I tried the Chat feature to see if I could find out how to get help.

Answer: We are currently experiencing errors with guests logging into NCL.com. Our IT Team is aware of these errors and is working to fix it. Please check back at a later time for this. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Login is working again on both App and Web.
