Each ship has a variety of cabin sizes according to what category you are booking.  Info is available on the respective websites.

Rather different ships and cruising styles IMO.  Breakaway is bigger and was launched in 2013 (11 years ago) and holds 3,900 passengers while Constellation is smaller and older as she was launched in 2001 (23 years ago) and holds 2,100 passengers.  NCL's primary target demographics is families and has a lot of amusement type venues are on their ships to accommodate that.  Celebrity's primary target demographics is adults and their ships have none of those venues included.

 

They each have comparable stateroom categories and sizes, and are both nice. But as mentioned, IMO completely different.
