Thank you for your positive replies 🙂  We are fortunate to be able to include companions and introduce them to the Carnival that we love!  It's so fun, the crew and 99.9% of the passengers are so friendly, and the value is unsurpassed.

I doubt Carnival has a problem with cabin switching if their agents actively promote it. It's actually a way to draw more potential gamblers onto the ship and in the casino. The friends who joined us gambled more than us and now receive better offers than us after just one cruise on Carnival. Seems like a win-win for all.

Well put 🙂

More people already receive offers than can be used on ships. I think the casino prefers to take a chance on known gamblers vs unknowns but is looking for higher returns. Carnival now has a partnership with Bally's to attract top tier land gamblers to try their luck at sea. Now that sounds like a better win-win.

I doubt they'll get any top tier gamblers. The allure of land casinos is that you can go to a different casino if you're having a bad bight at the resort you're staying at. Can't do that on a ship.

We go to Vegas maybe 5-8 times a year. Comped food with comped rooms and the kids stay home with their auntie. Our 2-4 cruises a year is strictly a vacation with the kiddies and the casino as a side diversion for a few hours a night.

Time will tell.

If CCL wanted to get more success, they should have partnered with MGM or Caesar's.

Royal has some sort of agreement with MGM. NCL is with Caesar's.

Carnival had an agreement with BetMGM - dunno if they still do.

Well, that's unfortunate. Bally is literally the bottom rung in Vegas. They used to be owned by Caesar's and it was unprofitable that they sold Bally's a few years ago.

Yeah, the ECHO offer players are Seven Stars/Noir level players.
