Does Celebrity take care of this for us?  I hear that other cruise lines get Visas for everyone automatically.

As you probably already assumed, no.  They typically send out visitor/visa requirements info about a month before the sail date.  X was also very late to re-instate the FLL luggage valet

We were on the Dec 22 2023 Solstice sailing from Singapore to Hong Kong.  Here are some of the documents and emails that we received from Celebrity in regards to getting a Vietnam e-Visa:

1. About Your Upcoming Travels (email)

2. Vietnam Visa Requirements

3. Instructions for Filling out Vietnam e-Visa application (email)

4. Immigration and General Information (letter delivered to stateroom)
