Cabin <meal> Service available on Port days?

I read here on CC that the MDR was not open for lunch on port days. My wife and I prefer to avoid the WindJammer/Lido deck buffet, and wonder if we can order cabin/room service on port days? We often eat ashore those days, but we've been to some of our next cruise ports so often we might stay on the ship. I understand there is a $7.95 charge, plus tip for cabin delivery (total for the two of us); that's just fine.

Plus other venues are open on port days.  Check your cruise planner or the app once on board.
