London-Calling Posted August 23 #1 Share Posted August 23 (edited) I belive that there is open water at each end. I am prone to sea-sickness. Am I likely to get sick on a very small boat? Edited August 23 by London-Calling Sp
Rare knotheadusc Posted September 4 #2 Share Posted September 4 If you have problems with sea sickness, they will give you very effective pills to combat it. When we went over the top of Scotland, everyone got sea sick. The crew put out a basket of tablets that were free for the taking. They worked perfectly. Hebridean is probably my favorite cruise line. I've also done cruises on SeaDream, Regent, and Royal Caribbean, and overall, I think the Hebridean experience is the best for my husband and me. The only drawback is that Hebridean's cruises are mostly in Scotland. But then, I love Scotland, so that's not really a huge drawback! Yes, it's expensive to get on the ship, but once you're on, everything is taken care of. That's why we've done five cruises with them so far. Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted September 8 #6 Share Posted September 8 I find Hebridean's ships and itineraries very interesting, but don't like the formal dress code. So I am doing Island Hopping in the Hebrides with Noble Caledonia, and not packing a suit.
