Price increase on casual dining options?

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that casual dining options (Kai Sushi, etc) were going to increase cover charge from $14.99 to $22 - this is AUD. I can't find this anymore, does anyone know if casual dining surcharge is increasing (I think speciality dining is)?

$14.99 has always been the USD amount. I have seen no change

Thanks, I may have been confusing the currencies - probably the $22 I remember seeing just refers to current Aust figure. Doesn't help when our website here refers to $14.99 without specifying it is USD.

I don't drink so never looked at the Plus Package.
