Where and when do you pick up alcohol purchased in port?

We are doing a B2B and I’m wondering if I purchase something on the first leg if I could pick it up like normal and have it for the second leg. I’ve already been told if I purchase on ship after 5pm last day I can take it with me to the room, just wasn’t sure about port purchases?

They deliver to your cabin on last night (hopefully of leg 1).

I got my alcohol after 2nd leg, and had been told after leg 1, so that was especially worrisome for me when it didnt come.

We have always received it after the 1st leg, they don’t seem to connect the dots.

On ICON and UTOPIA there are so many B2B's (usually more than 250) that they do not even try to keep up with who is going to be staying on board. We have done 14 days on UTOPIA and 21 days on ICON and got liquor that we purchased delivered to the room every single time.
