MNVV transfer to TA?

I booked a MNVV when on board and it has been automatically allocated to the agent at VV USA who booked me on my cruise.
The problem is he has now left I think, all mails get bounced back so I have no way of communication with him. I would have thought another agent would have been allocated his client base but no one has contacted me.
Is there a customer service email I can use to ask who my new contact is ; and ask how up transfer the MNVV to my USA TA?
thanks 🙏

I’ve tried the generic form

on the website but no response to that!

Hi, you can get your new TA to transfer the MNVV to them to make a booking for you.

Happy to recommend someone if you need help.

We can't recommend travel agents on this site. That's a big no-no. You don't want to get the warning note 😊

If you mean at Virgin Voyages directly, then this isn’t how they work.

They don’t assign a specific person to you.

You just call in when you are ready to book and whoever picks up the phone sorts it out for you.

Yeah that website form is commonly known as where requests go to die.

They are transitioning to a form for changing your First Mate. Sometimes if you call Sailor Services they will do it for you. If not, they will send you a Google form.  Just have the name of your new TA, their email they are registered under and their company name as registered with Virgin and it should be easy.

He booked directly with VV and the person that helped him originally is no longer there and he wants to get the details of who has taken over. I had said that isn’t how VV work and they don’t get assigned specific clients.

Well, I had several backwards and forward email conversations with John Smith (not his real name) and even a telephone chat about my previous booking so he certainly was the only one assigned to look after me and my booking then!

Did "John Smith" work for Virgin or were they a travel agent? I only know of having a direct contact at Virgin if you have a casino connection.

Hi, he was my VIRGIN VOYAGES DIRECT VACATION PLANNER

What is annoying is that every flyer email I get still has his details at the bottom ..Contact your First Mate (aka Travel Agent)

If you know the US TA that you want to transfer to, they can take care of all of it for you.  You can also phone VV and sailor services will answer.  You might even get someone who knows what they are doing and can help you, but don't count on it!

I have a great TA, but as others have said, recommendations are not permitted here.  You might get suggestions on other sites.

To transfer your booking to a new TA, you first have to select one, then call Sailor Services to have the booking transferred to that TA.  A TA cannot call or work with Sailor Services to have an MNVV transferred, the request much come from the Sailor.

If you're not sure who the MNVV is currently assigned to, simply call Sailor Services and they will be able to tell you.
