We are excited to announce our 2026 Canada New England program launch:

There will be two great ships (Majestic Princess and Sapphire Princess) sailing in Fall 2026 to Canada New England from 3 different departure ports. Princess makes it easy for guests to explore the beauty and see the best of Canada and New England on a single cruise.

  • Sapphire Princess is sailing her first season EVER in Canada New England. This is a great opportunity to promote the ship as new to the region.

Sailing from 3 unique departure ports of New York, Boston and Quebec City

  • Majestic Princess is the dedicated ship to New York sailing 7-day roundtrip out of New York visiting popular ports including Boston, Saint John (Bay of Fundy), Newport and Halifax.
  • Sapphire Princess will sail the 10-day Classic Canada New England from Boston to Quebec and vice versa.

The 10-day Classic Canada visits popular ports including Charlottetown (Prince Edwards Island), Sydney (Cape Breton Island), Saint John (Bay of Fundy), and overnights in Quebec City on select sailings.

NOTE: Boston will not have a roundtrip itinerary in 2026

There will be a repositioning cruise from Quebec to Ft. Lauderdale on a 14-day Canada & Colonial America with an overnight in New York

Canada & New England Cruisetours

  • To further enhance your cruise vacation, Princess Cruises is pleased to offer a choice of two cruisetours on the East Coast visiting the sites of colonial America or Niagara Falls and the best of Eastern Canada.
  • Our Historic America cruisetour takes you to places such as Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello estate, Colonial Williamsburg, Independence Hall in Philadelphia and the Gettysburg Battlefield.
  • Our Maple Explorer cruisetour takes you to exciting cities like the capital of Ottawa and French-flavored Montreal with tours of the Canadian Museum of History, beautiful cathedrals and the historic 19th century Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  You’ll also be treated to a lovely cruise through the picturesque Thousand Islands and a visit to Niagara Falls.

  • Coral changed the title to -----> Princess_ 2026 Canada New England

I originally expected the Regal to do the RT New York cruises.  According to the Caribbean reference flyer the Regal had a repo cruise ending in NY.

It is still for sale on the Princess website.

I would have much preferred to sail on the Saphire princess rather than the majestic which is the only ship available for the 10am Quebec city to Boston in 2025. 😩

Two positives -

The majestic has deluxe balconies (with a couch) and the 2025 crises are cheaper! 🥰

Thanks @Coral for posting the new Canadian 2026 itineraries for the Majestic, which was originally scheduled to be doing the Oct 11 - Nov 8 Northern Lights/Transatlantic cruise we were booked on until it was recently cancelled on Sep 3. The only "replacement" itinerary missing now is the 26-day Fire & Ice & British Isles cruise leaving out of Southampton Sep 7 with a scheduled arrival in NYC on Oct 3.

I wasn't aware they cancelled that. I work in Education and have been behind in most news with the craziness happening.

I do not. Someone sends me theses - I have no insight on anything. I am cruising less these days so haven't stayed on top of the news.

I saw a big gap in Majestic sailings ,this explains it .I wonder what is going on .

Does anyone know if they will have cruises in summer 2026 to Canada like 2025.  If so when do we expect to see them?

Apparently they are not. I am also disappointed. We cruised on the Emerald this year from Fort Lauderdale to Quebec City in June and it was fantastic. We wanted to repeat it.
