Dubrovnik transfer

Hi guys, about 15 years ago we did a cruise stop in Dubrovnik & Marella put on a transfer coach from the port to the old town for about €5.

 

Next month we are due to embark on a cruise from Dubrovnik and as we have an early morning flight are hoping to visit Dubrovnik in the afternoon before departing later on that evening.  Does anyone know if Marella will be offering transfers into town and if not how much roughly it would be in a taxi?

Go out of the port gates, immediately on your right is the bus station. At the kiosk a return ticket for the bus is €4 and the bus stop is directly outside on the main road, it’s a fifteen minute journey to pile gate. Busses are frequent.

I agree with Brummijam, we did a b2b cruise from Dubrovnik last September and went into town on the middle day. It was rainy and there were taxis near the ship, we asked another couple if they wanted to share and they did - cost 20 euros for 4 of us. When we returned to the ship we saw the bus ticket kiosk near the Dubrovnik main gate and bought tickets there, the bus was almost as quick as the taxi!

Thanks, this is good to know. We are doing B2B next year & our middle day will be a day in Dubrovnic
