When I run into problems, I go over to Chrome and seem to have better luck. I have cleared out my cache but that doesn't work; hence, my visit to Chrome. Zacckie Posted 15 hours ago #8 Share Posted 15 hours ago Just an FYI I was told they are upgrading their system and having periodic problems, this may be ongoing for a bit. Just keep trying when it happens, or log of and go back to it a bit later and I found I was able to finish what I needed to do. Sorry I am late posting this.
