Is anyone else having problems accessing their accounts on Princess?

I can log in but that's as far as I get before I get a screen that says "Sorry for the inconvenience, etc."

It's been that way for a couple of months.

Never had a problem before.

Nope, no problem.

 

Have you tried a different device/browser? Maybe try flushinh your cache.

You might read the following discussion.  Clearing the cookies for Princess worked for me.(so far)

I have been having problems for a long time.  I use Firefox but can only get so far on the Princess website.  When I run into problems, I go over to Chrome and seem to have better luck.  I have cleared out my cache but that doesn't work; hence, my visit to Chrome.

Clearing the cookies and cache worked for me.

Just an FYI I was told they are upgrading their system and having periodic problems, this may be ongoing for a bit.

Just keep trying when it happens, or log of and go back to it a bit later and I found I was able to finish what I needed to do. Sorry I am late posting this. This was in a call to them to find out why I was having so much trouble.
