Hilo: No more free shuttle from pier to Walmart mall

I was here last year and there was a free shuttle to Walmart. 

The Walmart was where I got my Hawaii souvenirs. 

And There's a large strip mall nearby.

 

I'm in Hilo today and the shuttle no longer runs.

Don't know why.

 

There's a free small van shuttle (holds 14?) from pier to the farmers market.

Last pickup from farmers market is 130pm.

I got on the next to last one because I didn't want to risk it
