When to expect refundable credit to appear?

We just finished our first Seabourn cruise and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!  We left the cruise with an $800 refundable credit on our credit card due to applying OBC to pre-purchased shore excursions.  It has been three weeks since returning home and we are wondering when we can expect to see our credit card receiving the money from Seabourn.  Does anyone know how long it takes Seabourn to return the refundable credit?

Last month we finished a cruise on Sojourn with $750 refundable credit- sent to our card within 10 days. Check the Source App and your onboard account which should state when it was refunded, and if not CHASE!

There’s an issue.  You need to contact guest relations. This is what I received following my raising it two weeks ago. The matter has now been resolved.  However, it is disappointing that this isn’t being proactively sorted for those affected. 
 

Recently we partnered with a new software vendor for onboard financial transactions. Due to this change, our shoreside Accounting team is having to manage these refunds individually …. Please note, automatic billing refunds cannot be processed if no original charges were assessed to the registered card. While we anticipated minimal impact, unforeseen factors have caused significant delays during this fleetwide initiative, thereby catching us unaware. Be assured, our Accounting Department is diligently working through these as quickly as possible. We deeply regret any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience.

As the other posters here have advised, you should pursue it with Seabourn. Our credit from a September 24 disembarkation was returned in 3 days - I was astonished and pleased! 🍺🥌

Unfortunately, another sad example of "if it works, break it!"  As much as we enjoy Seabourn, many of the recent changes have not been to our liking,
