Cancel prebooked Internet package on MSC

How is it possible to cancel an internet package presale ? I don't find it on MSC app o website. Or is it just by phone ? (sailing day is 26 of october)

To cancel anything you booked online, you will have to call.

BTW I did the same and was told 1-2 credit cycles bf I see my money. I had an 'overpayment' of over $300.00 (other items canceled as well) for well over 2 months on my CC.  I filed a dispute with my cc company. What a joke MSC is with giving you YOUR money back.

I agree… I had to chase chase chase for my internet refund ….but did eventually get it. Lots of calling and sending messages though

I ordered the two meal dining package pre-cruise for our recent back to back and ended up cancelling the one for the second cruise the first day of the second cruise.  I noticed the money was refunded to me as OBC the very next day.
