does anyone know if a yellow fever vaccination is required for the nov 5th sailing from barcelona to capetown? we are originally leaving from los angeles

Here are the African countries where Yellow Fever is endemic and where you would need a certificate.    In the past we found that it was only necessary if travelling to the INTERIOR of the country.

 

 

Countries in Africa with Risk of Yellow fever Transmission
Congo, Republic of	Kenya	Togo
Cote d'Ivoire	Liberia	Uganda
Democratic Republic of Congo	Mali

 

If you are travelling to any of those countries you had better approach them directly.
