Express Disembarkation Galveston

We are sailing on the Rhapsody of the Seas April 30th. Was wondering if they offered the early Express Disembarkation. We have never used it and are going to try and pack lighter so we can.

It was offered when we sailed on the Rhapsody in October of 2005. We had a fairly early scheduled departure time, so we opted out and had Eggs Benedict in the dining room. However, we did take advantage of it when we sailed on the Splendour in January. The whole procedure worked great! We did find out that people must have started lining up early for the 7:00 am scheduled departure time. When we got there "on time", we did have a bit of a wait to get off the ship.

If I remember correctly from my Rhapsody cruise last October, you do have to request an early Expresss Departure by filling out a form in advance while onboard. Only so many are allowed.

 

Maybe someone that has sailed her more recently will chime in with a more current answer than mine.

When we sailed recently, you did have to fill out the form in advance. There were lots waiting in front of the dining room to get off.
