Was just wondering what travel agents can see on there computers vs. what we see. Obviously all availible cabins but what else. Can they see who has booked a particular cabin?

Very little more actually. Agents cannot see all available cabins. They have to call the cruiseline for info too.

My TA is able to see how many cabins of a particular class are available as well.
