Mad Dog's or restaurant at top of the hill?

I'll be taking the Virgin Gorda excursion on my trip to Tortola, and I've heard of two places to grab a drink and some food once we're done exploring: Mad Dog's and another restaurant at the top of a hill. So which place do you think is better?

Also, I've read that on a lot of the islands everything is closed on Sundays. We'll be there on a Sunday. Will these restaurants be open?

TIA for your input!

Mad Dogs is more of a bar that serves food and the Top of the Baths is a full service establishment with a pool for patrons...both are good with the latter being a little more pricy expect $10.00 for a burger and fries but worth it and the Conch fritters are exellent. They are next door to each other and I like them both....Sunday is not an issue and they will be open.

We stopped at the bar at the top of the Baths. The views are outstanding. It was nice to take a dip in the pool to wash off the salt water after our trip to the Baths. We just had a few drinks and enjoyed the view.
