SOS what to do on days @sea?

Recommended Posts

there are shows, the pool deck, and shopping. The rock wall if you like that sorta thing, and sleeping! There was a cooking demonstration, towel folding class, and lot sof bingo if you like that.

:) The sovereign is a great ship.. but not nearly the activities as a voyager class, just the same we enjoy the sovereign.

Have a great time :)

Going on SOS soon, just wondering what to do on days at sea? What is available? Dancing or ????????

Take my word for it (OK don't take my word:D). You will not be bored if you do not want to be. Check the Cruise Compass, there are multiple things going on at the same time. You will not be able to do it all, so choose in accordance with your tastes. There will be pool side activities, wine tasting, towel animal creation, napkin folding, art auctions, bingo....no I refuse to go on...If I do I will develop typer's cramp (similar to writer's cramp but affects both hands:p). You will not be bored. It is also a great time to catch your breath and REST. Sometimes there is not enough time to do that if you aren't at sea. My DW and I search for the quiet corners and hide out there. We are true believers in rest after cruising port to port!

The casino is open on sea days, as is the pool, restaurants, etc... You can do what you want, when you want! Read that book you haven't had time for! This is a vacation--relax and do nothing, if you choose! Sleep late, eat all day! Or, get up early and jog around the deck, go to the spa, get out your binoculars (you are packing them, aren't you?) and watch for ships and "land ahoy!"

Don't worry--you will not be bored!
