It's Friday! Is Your 4th Of July Weekend Starting Already?

Who has Friday or Monday Off..to make it a three day Holiday Weekend?

Do any of you have a four day Holiday?

 

Everyone have plans? I'm only going to be gone only on Sunday the 4th. Know a

few on this board have left already for some fun.

 

Everyone out there be careful of the "food and drinks" that will be out there!

We want a no-gainer weekend! Then we won't have extra weight to lose next week! Wouldn't that be nice?

 

Enjoy yourself..exercise..drink water..eat on plan...if go off..GET RIGHT BACK ON the next day!

Remember we want to be a "bunch of losers"!

Hi Belle! My holiday starts at 11:00 AM! We are leaving for vacation!! I can't wait to get away from the office for a week....even though I love it here. ;)

It started with a small informal gathering at a local pub friday night, then the reunion was tonight (sat). I just got in from it. It is amazing how the urge to rip someone's hair out by the roots diminishes over time.

 

Had a good time and it was finally good to see some of those folks again.

 

I've now lost 22 pounds since the first of the year, but somehow still have that "wingspan" under my arms.
