Miami Charter Boat Recommendation

We are looking to charter a boat in Miami in August for a sunset cruise. It can be a power boat or catammaren (sp?) We will have between 20 - 40 people and would want snacks and drinks too. Any suggestions? has anyone done this in Miami before? We did it once when we were in Miami for a wedding, but I can't find the business card of the Captain that took us out. Thanks.

also, the tour boats that operate out of BaySide market place all do private charters ... - Island Lady is one, and on the page I've provided.
