Book as soon as you get onboard. You can either do so by calling them on the phone or going to Chops which is on deck 6 next to the Schooner Bar.

I wasn't until recently when I had this scrumptous filet mignon! All I can think about is that perfectly cooked, juicy piece of meat!!!:p

Chops also takes "walk-ins"--if one night you decide you'd rather eat at Chops and don't have a reservation, just go and tell them. You may have to wait for a table to clear, but they will seat you without reservations!
