Can 60 year olds do all this stuff?

My DW and I are in our 60's but love to have fun and are moderately active. Are the Zip line, falls and tubing things for us?

There was a mid 60's lady on our zip line tour. if you can walk a mile or 2 then you should not have a problem with it.

In our daisy chain, there was a couple in their 60s and lots in mid to late 50s at Dunn's River in July! Also, in our group, one of our friends is 57, and has only one arm (his right arm was amputated above the elbow) and he made ! It was hard work for everyone, but a blast!! Have fun!

Trying to do all of it in one day maybe too much for any one. YS Falls and Tubing would be very nice for you (we are in the same age group). I am getting lots of information from Belinda of A-Zjamaicaplanners. I can't walk up hills due to a knee problems and I don't want White Water type rapids for tubing. I am assured it will be more Lazy river type tubing with just a few small rapids. I have done Cave tubing in Belize and broke my finger due to paddleing so hard! I don't think its the same case in Jamaica.

My grandmother did Dunns River Falls at 80 years old. You see alot of older ones and people not in the best shape there without any problems.

I say tubing yes, definitely. The Falls are a yes too, but in case you can't make it, there are "outs" along the way that will allow you to get out of the water and use the stairs. I can't talk from experience about the zip line though, sorry.

We had friends that did the Zip tour in Montego Bay, they came back with shoes covered in mud ( it had rained) they had fun but mentioned that there was quite a bit of uphill walking. A little strenuous... but if you are in good physical shape, it should be fine. They really loved seeing the jungle from so high above the trees.
