Has anyone been getting Service Unavailable

I have been having this problem for a couple of days and wrote CC about it, here is the reply I received:

 

Hi Margie:

We have been experiencing technical hiccups with one of our eight servers;

please excuse us and accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

A workaround is to shut down the browser and restart a new one -- you'll

have a 7 in 8 chance of getting in!
