Deck 8 Promenade view cabin on FOS

Anybody stayed in one of the Freedom of the Seas cabins on deck 8 with a view of the Promendade? We are booked in one on a upcoming cruise and wonder what your opinion is. We are located about in the middle of the ship.

The promenade cabins are a good alternative to an inside room. They're still "inside", but you won't feel so claustophobic, because of the window. Personally, I'd much rather have a balcony--but that might just be me!!! But, I'd take the promenade over a straight inside anyday!!!! (They are not noisy, and the curtains close for privacy--don't forget to pull them closed while dressing!!!!!!)
